Urea
Urea is produced through the reaction of ammonia and carbon dioxide, which forms a crystalline compound that is used as a fertilizer. The production process involves the use of high-pressure and high-temperature conditions to facilitate the reaction.
To ensure the highest quality and purity, our urea undergoes rigorous testing and quality control measures throughout the production process. We monitor the nitrogen content, biuret content, and moisture content of our urea to ensure consistent performance and reliability.
- Nitrogen content: 46-47%
- Biuret content: 1% or less
- Moisture content: 0.5% or less
- pH value: 7.5-8.5
- Melting point: 271-275°F (133-135°C)
- Physical & chemical properties:
Urea is a white crystalline powder that is soluble in water and has a slightly bitter taste. It is non-toxic and non-flammable but can be harmful if ingested or inhaled in large quantities.
Urea is primarily used as a nitrogen-rich fertilizer in agriculture, but it is also used in a variety of other applications, including animal feed, adhesives, and chemical manufacturing.
